Per their website, Paparazzi! is a small utility for Mac that makes screenshots of webpages written in Objective-C using the Cocoa API and the WebKit framework.
But really who cares about that?!
This program is by far one of my all time favorite and I use it almost every day. Paparazzi! allows me to quickly take screenshots of complete web pages (yes, the entire page) at any browser size I want, from desktop to iPhone. It’s not fancy, but that’s what I like about it.
Below you’ll see screenshots of how it works and the settings available.
Screenshot A Whole Web Page At One Time
As you can see, there are size options to set the browser size you want to screenshot the site at. There is also a delay option, which is awesome if you need screenshots of a page with a slider. Simply adjust the delay to match the slider rotation to snag a shot of each slider image on the page.
Screenshot The Same Web Page at Various Sizes
This is awesome for grabbing multiple device screenshots for portfolio pages and marketing collages. Below shows the same page, at horizontal iPad, vertical iPad, and iPhone 5 sizes — and all I have to do is change the sizes at the top.
Once I have my screenshot I can save it to my computer, or I can choose to upload it to Facebook, Twitter, send it by message or email, and more.
There are quite a few settings options in the program, including options to batch lots of screenshots at one time. It also allows you to save your screenshots as JPG, PDF, PNG, or TIFF files.
You can set the default file name structure for the screenshots you take, as well as the time zone, and the number of past URLs you want to save.
While the app includes these pre-set sizes, you can also add your own presets to quickly create screenshots at the exact size you need.
Try Paparazzi! Out
Sorry PC friends, as I mentioned at the beginning of this post, Paparazzi! is Mac software. I love it, as it makes my job fast and easy, and I hope you try it out and love it too.
