I heard somewhere that, "Money loves speed!" While I agree, it also loves solid foundations and a smart, strategic plan. I LOVE big ideas - what Disney imagineers call "Blue Sky Thinking." I was so inspired when I explored the Blue Sky Studio at California Adventure back in February (09) by their rule that no idea is too big. They reach for the biggest ideas possible and then break them down into several step-by-step smaller goals and tasks to make the big idea a reality. That is so true for our businesses as well. We need the big ideas and forward thinking, but we also need to then be able to break them down into a process or series of smaller steps that will help us make our goals and dreams a reality.

Thank you Jen for the reminder to think big. When an idea comes to us that seems huge, outrageous and a giant leap forward, that is the idea we are to act on.
