Make Your Office a Personal Sanctuary

Check out the new artwork for one of the walls in my office! And my hunky boys!

We have been looking for art for the walls for a while and this past weekend we went to several places and found a few pieces we liked, but we weren’t drooling over any of them. I was seriously bummed out!

While we were out and about, we needed to stop by Khol’s for some tide-us-over sheets while we shop for a new bed – ours os shot from too many monkeys jumping on our bed.

While in the home section, I saw the art pieces in the photo and fell in love with them. I never would have thought to look at Khol’s for art and it was such a great surprise!

The red and orange reminds me of the fiery passion of a sunset, the browns and tans remind me of the beach, and the blues remind me of the lapping waves of the ocean. I love looking at these on the wall every day now, and frankly, my new office just makes me feel good (and more productive)!

I’ve got two more walls to decorate and then I’ll be done. If you haven’t given your office some attention lately and it doesn’t make you feel energized and happy to be there, I urge you to spend some time making it a work sanctuary.

When your office becomes a place you love to be, you will find that you get more done and are more excited to be in your office working. And, that will help you become a better business owner.
