InfusionCon 2010: Why Infusionsoft is the Ultimate Marketing Software

infusionsoft marketing automation softwareI am writing this post as I look out at a beautiful garden and enormous Las Vegas style swimming pool from my hotel room near Phoenix, Arizona where InfusionSoft is hosting their annual user’s conference InfusionCon.

Bourn Creative uses Infusionsoft as the engine to automate our marketing efforts and regularly recommends the software to our clients who are ready to take their marketing to the next level.

While it is not the least expensive software on the market, we and about 1000 other entrepreneurs at this conference, and thousands more around the world truly believe it is the best online marketing automation tool and a big key to achieving marketing success and business growth on a massive scale.

I came to InfusionCon with the intent to learn more about the software we use and network with other business owners and entrepreneurs who use InfusionSoft too. I was not prepared for what really happened.

I did learn several new ways to apply the software in our marketing efforts and the marketing we do for our clients, but the biggest thing that happened to me was a shift in thinking from how to use the software to asking myself why to use to the software. I am leaving InfusionCon with several actionable steps that as CEO of Bourn Creative, I will be implementing on Monday. This conference has made me a better CEO and will make Bourn Creative a better company and will help us grow our client’s dreams.

I can’t wait to share some of the resources, tips, and strategies I have learned that you can implement in your business, even if you do not use Infusionsoft. Hopefully by the end of my blog series, I will have convinced you to invest your business, buy Infusionsoft, automate your marketing, and watch your business grow.

The general message at InfusionCon has nothing to do about using the software. The message was simple and applies to your personal success and your business success.

  • Define your goals, values, mission, and purpose
  • Identify your internal and external issues
  • Figure out your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
  • Create your strategic intent based on your big vision
  • Define your short term and long term objectives
  • This last one is the real key, and InfusionSoft can help
  • Implement real strategies and tactics that leverage resources, not your time

Resources means using software, automation, vendors, affiliates, employees, social media, follow up sequences, analytics, joint venture partners, and other tools available to their fullest potential to accomplish your marketing goals.
